I was renewing registration on my daughter’s car. When I first arrived, I was told there was no technician to do the emissions test, and it could be 45 mins to an hour wait. The registration had expired the day before, so I told him I’d wait. I don’t know how, but the emissions was done fairly quickly, they were very thorough with checking the car out, and I was out the door in about 30 mins. I’ve always had good service there, which is why it’s my go to place.

I actually want to put zero stars for this place I say do not bring your car here they will rip you off they take hours to even try getting it and then they try telling you other things are wrong with your vehicle when there's not there was a lady sitting in the lobby when I first came in and she said her car had been in there for a missions ever since 8:00 a.m. I got there at 12:15 I have now been here longer than 2 hours and I am having them telling me they're charging me $300 for just my back brake pads when you guys can go to Grease Monkeys and get a better deal than this please do not bring your car here it is not safe it used to be safe when the other person ran it

i took my car in on saturday i’ve been here before and they are honestly the best shop around i had a couple issues they got me in no time and straight to working on my car. there was a issue after i got it out came back and they fixed it free of charge no questions asked!! love this place will be always coming here!!

Charged me nearly $300 for replacing wheel studs/lug nuts. Absolutely insanely overpriced. I would have rejected, but I wouldn't have been able to get my car out of there without a functioning wheel. And they kept trying to upsell me repairs when I didn't even ask for such inspections to be done in the first place and the quotes they gave me were about 2x to 3x a reasonable rate for the jobs quoted. And ofc they tried to tell me my oil was due for replacement despite barely having 1000 miles on it and my own inspections show it's perfectly clean. They tried the same thing on power steering fluid and brake fluid which I already know are fine, and don't forget the classic air filters that are so simple to replace an actual monkey could do it and for considerably cheaper.

I own, as of this review, a 2011 Toyota Corolla. I bought it new last year and had the alignment done somewhere but it never felt correct. When I brought it into this Midas shop and expressed my frustrations with the alignment Kevin, Sean, and team got to work right away. After identifying that my struts were bad, I was brought to my car and was shown the struts and what was wrong with them. They then gave me a cost to fix the alignment with the new parts before starting the process. I was there a total of just over an hour and my car finally drives straight! Thank you Kevin and Sean!
